SVMH BBQ 2018


We were honored to have the opportunity to be a part of the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Employee Appreciation picnic on Saturday July 14th. We were tasked with grilling tri-tip and we grilled and hand cut a lot of it(1000+ pounds).

We got compliments on the food, and having tasted it myself we did a pretty good job 😉 While the event itself looked like a lot of fun, we were there on business as we secured a donation for our services. Thanks for letting us be a part of this event. Thanks to Avila family who spearheaded the effort and earned a couple of stripes on their grill master jacket!
